Our Mission

We’re on a mission to empower digital marketing teams of all sizes to create, experiment, and optimize personalized, omnichannel campaigns at scale. At the heart of the CX Score platform is our proprietary Customer DNA technology, which uses multimodal embeddings and Generative AI to build dynamic audiences and deliver personalized recommendations, deals, and ads. Our open architecture seamlessly integrates with existing tech stacks and works with or without a Customer Data Platform (CDP) to enable frictionless deployment and fast time to value. Our goal is to help companies navigate the complex digital privacy landscape while achieving unparalleled marketing efficiency through continuous optimization of channel mix and paid media investments.

Our founders met during their grad school days in the 90s. Reconnecting in the summer of 2022, they discovered a shared passion for AI and digital customer experience. After months of brainstorming, coding, and collaborating with digital marketing teams, they realized that businesses needed a comprehensive and integrated approach to digital campaign operations that would also help them navigate the complex and fast changing digital privacy landscape. From this insight, they set out to leverage their expertise in AI and product design to create CX Score, the first AI-Powered Campaign Ops Platform designed to empower digital marketing teams to create, experiment, and optimize personalized, omnichannel campaigns at scale, significantly enhancing customer engagement and ROI.
